We use the Enterprise version. Keeper's record level encryption is what drew us to look at them to replace our LastPass. Dashlane was...meh and 1Password was expensive and neither had a good admin tool.

We've always had amazing response on the few times we've needed to contact support. We are able to talk to a real person, do a screen share, and get quick answers. (All you have to do is ask). The other solutions we demo'd took days (if not weeks for a response, and never a live person).

I have been unable to access my passwords for 2 days. Keeper claims to have 24/7 support but they ignore my emails and when I call their phone number (on a Saturday afternoon), I get a recording saying they are closed. Very unsatisfactory.

Keeper Security LOST ALL MY PASSWORDS

I couldnt believe my eyes or ears. I had over 200 passwords, I updated the app this past friday morning 4/24/20. When I went to re-open the updated app it required me to upgrade to the $30/year service to retrieve my old passwords. I paid the $30 & come to find out it only saved passwords from 5 years ago & nothing current. I lost over 150 passwords & it ruined the next 2 days scrambling to rebuild my password list. I called customer service, which was no help. They told me "unfortunately this is the risk you run when using the free version". I tried the free version which was good on one platform, in my case I used it on my desktop system. It was constant popups trying to get you to upgrade to the cross platform version. Next I was getting constant messages that my "trial" was running out and I needed to upgrade. I wrote and asked why and was told it would only work on one platform unless I upgraded. Then I found it would not work on that one platform. SO IT IS ALL A LIE The free version is not "free" for one platform . I'm glad i tried it. I will go back to either 1Password, or Dashlane. I have used this app as long as I can remember, the first few years I had the free version but later added the subscription version. Never had any trouble with the app. I love how it will auto-fill your info for you on a lot of my apps. Very user friendly, I recommend it all the time to family and friends sometime even strangers that will listen to me.
