Difficult Communicating

I’ve used Keeper for over 5 years to keep all my passwords. However, I don’t understand the subscription because it the overwhelming amount of website information. I’ve tried reaching out many times and cannot find a way to talk with anyone. Very frustrating! I’m being charged for both “Keeper” and “Keeper Password Manager” but I want to know: do I need both? Why?

2FA integration is wonderful. We travel a lot so document encrypted storage is easy to use. Using our fingerprint to open the vault from our smartphones makes access to our secure information easy. I look forward to the day Keeper eliminates the master password.

Frustrating for me

I'm no Luddite...but this interface and application are not great for me. Maybe I'm slow ::shrug:: but mismatches between my login info and which login email/account remain an issue. There are times when I don't wish to insert a Keeper record, but it sits there, always, asking if I want to create a record. No. No. I know this login so easily that I don't need help from you. I've paid for it, so I stick with it.....

I chose this over lastpass and dashlane

When LastPass decided that they're stopping their free plan, I tried several password managers including Dashlane, Keeper, and Roboform. Out of all of them, the most user friendly one was Keeper. Dashlane is too expensive for what it is. Keeper is pretty much the same price as Lastpass premium and the autofill feature works better. It logs me in with one click even when you usually have to click twice (once for email, once for password). I had to contact customer service a couple of times because of an issue with the browser extension, but both times they responded within a couple of hours which I was impressed by. I got Keeper's 3 year plan for pretty cheap. I would recommend them!

I've used Keeper for quite a fews years; passwords are extremely secure and easy to manage from multiple devices. Tech Support was excellent after recent lockout from a forgotten Master Password. Highly recommend Keeper!

I have been using keeper for more than a year, but it just stopped working on one computer. Cannot log-in, refuses my 2FA. Support is a disaster. Even though a long time user, I am losing confidence, and will look for alternatives.

I really don't understand why this software is recommended on so many sites. It doesn't work half the time. The browser extension fails to login. I've had to uninstall and re-installing the extension for it to work is really not a good design. It doesn't always automatically save the passwords it generates for you. Their icon hides the viewer icon provided by sites so you can't see what you're typing. I bought it because of the fake recommendations. I gave up after 2 days. They won't give me my money back. Hard pass.

Click email for gmail, go to password, automatically inputs password for another email account. Fails to log in. Not very good or reliable if it can't handle something as simple as two gmail accounts.
