Just bought a used laptop and it was so laggy so I download the Total AV and it boost up my laptop...it seems to be a better one. The Norton Internet Security was preinstalled on my laptop but I don't know why it was so lagging. Good Job and big shout out to the Total AV developer...Good Job!!!

i have been with av now for 3 years and find it excellent with one exception. I have a satnav TomTom which I have had for five years. every so often it gives updates which need to be downloaded. I find that I cannot download the updates while total av is active. it appears to block the downloads and so I have to uninstall total av to achieve the satnav down loads which come very easily. I then have to reinstall total av. the process does not take long. I have expressed this problem with customer service total av last year but there appears to be no solution forthcoming.
My Thoughts.

Seems to work OK but not keen on paying more for the ad-on's and the pop up ads that keep coming up.

I'd like to see a product provide the service it is supposed to. I rely on the quality of the product and therefore I expect results, period.

Led to believe this was free,2 mins into first scan advert pops up informing me that to get full coverage I would have to upgrade to get full coverage,also this was supposed to have found MALWARE which my own Antivirus Software didn't,I was also informed that the cost to upgrade was going to cost me a fair bit.

These guys at AV do a great job and feel a lot safer with them keeping on my computer and keeping it safe and working faster.
