I think that this is an awesome antivirus, but I think it is a little annoying that every time my computer starts your antivirus is trying to sell me something new. Once is enough to let me know my options to see if I need it, I know where to go to get it.

They are much better than before they now make one charge a year, which is correct one year they made 2 charges which was out of order. Having said that they gave the money back with no fuss, I'd say now they got it right.
