While resetting my account, a notice told me there wass a breach of my Post Millennial. I don't even know what that is. When filling in my address, it wouldn't let me enter my US address. Otherwise, I think I ot everything right. Had to reset because I hadn't changed my credit card to current.

I was dismayed due to the understanding that I had originally purchased a one year policy. Now I find that my payment is arranged in a semi~annual pay plan. I'll check my polict coverage more carefully in the future.

I have loaded this on my desktop. But I cannot tell if it has loaded to my iPhone. I get very frustrated with my iPhone as to whether something has been downloaded or not. I can see it on my computer. I do not see on my iPhone. I am supposedly protected by Norton 360. I really do not understand the difference between what they are offering to protect and what you are protecting. HELP.

I've been fairly satisfied for several years now...I started out paying $19.95 for years....at the first of every year the rate always goes up and is now $159 a year....every year I call and complain and someone authorizes what has been $29 dollars for a few years....this year my Visa card was hacked and my Total AV service ran out...before it ran out my computer was hacked (according to Amazon) in November 2024....I'm going to probably cancel next January because at 82 years old I cannot afford $159 a year.

I had some issue with purchasing this but it sort of worked out. I am glad because it is late and I was getting frustrated. So far so good now. We will see.
