I am very pleased with Total AV so far.....The only thing is that it keeps dropping from Microsoft and they keep reminding me.....2-3 time each day. Have you any ideas why please as this has not happened to me before when I had Mcafee. It is quite easy to find my way around and pretty straight forward to use of which I thank you for as am a novice still. Thank you

TotalAV gives too little information regarding what it is doing...what benefits I am getting from having it installed on my device. The billing process seems confusing. How much am I paying and how long do the dollars last (length of contract). Seems I paid multiple times in one year.

Response kept indicating that my mail address was not the same as you had on file. I don't know what you had on file. I had other ISP's since I used your service the first time. I am still not sure if I am on a trial run or on my $29.00 subscription.That is the reason for the rating. As far as your service keeping the CPU safe I have no complaint. Works great.
